Shipping & Returns

Delivery and Ordering...
Subject to stock availability we will always try and deal with your order the day we receive it. We will endeavour to get the items to you within 4 working days (exceptions could be stock availability, weekends and bank holidays). A standard delivery charge will be made of £6 on orders below £100. We can offer next day service at additional cost, call for details. International orders are possible at extra cost but you will need to call for details.

We accept no responsibility if incorrect delivery address or postcode are given - this may result in delayed or non-delivery of your order. Check your details before sending.

Credit and Debit cards are accepted

We will charge your account when we are satisfied we can fulfill your order, just prior to despatch.
If your request is not available, we will contact you to discuss and advise alternatives.
VAT is inclusive on all illustrated prices at seventeen and a half percent. Where applicable, please note some items do not require a VAT charge.

Refund/Exchange...
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase return it to us either in person or by post within 28 days of the original purchase date unworn, unused, in it's original packaging and with a receipt. We will exchange, credit or refund you for the value of goods only.

Any product you cannot see on this site does not mean that we have not got it. We do not illustrate every product that we sell. Please pick up the phone, email us or even pop in to the store. If we do not have your request in store we will endeavour to order it for you as soon as possible.
